Welcome to RC Race Pal (RRP). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• “Platform” refers to the RC Race Pal website and services.
• “User” refers to any individual registering on RC Race Pal.
• “Club” refers to any organization using RC Race Pal for event and membership management.
• “Event” refers to any racing event hosted through RC Race Pal.

2. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. Event Registration and Memberships

• Users can register for events and subscribe to club memberships via the platform.
• Club memberships are subject to the club’s terms, and fees are managed by individual clubs.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

RC Race Pal ensures that drivers’ personal details will not be shared with any other driver, club, or organization, except in the following cases:

• If a driver subscribes to a club membership, their details will be shared with the club for the duration of the active membership.
• A driver’s name and profile picture will be visible under event details (if they are registered for an event), in the club members listing, and under club profile details (if they are a committee member of a club).
• Payment details are securely stored and managed by Stripe. RC Race Pal does not store or process payment information. For details, refer to Stripe’s policies.
• All data is hosted on a dedicated server located in Sydney, Australia, with security measures in place to protect it.

5. Payment and Refunds

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Users must adhere to Stripe’s terms for transactions.
• Refunds are subject to individual event or club policies. RC Race Pal does not process refunds directly.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

• RC Race Pal provides event and club management services but is not responsible for event organization, safety, or conduct.
• We are not liable for service interruptions, lost data, or third-party failures (e.g., Stripe).

7. Modifications and Termination

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of changes.
• We may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms.
