WCMRC 2026 AGM

West Coast AGM this Friday the 6th of February, from 6.30pm.

This week is the members chance to have their say in who will run the club's executive committee for the next 12 months. Our AGM is on this Friday evening.

We want to extend a warm welcome to current and renewing members to join us on Friday for this meeting. All members of the current executive committee will be stepping down from their respective positions, giving the members an oppurtunity to vote in a new committee (unless you guys are happy to vote in the same current committee members).
Can everyone who is coming please endevour to get to the club reasonably early so the committee can make a start on this AGM.
We need a quorum of at least 50% current members + 1. At this stage that's at least TBC members to be present to hold this meeting.
The following positions will be up for nominations:

Executive President
Executive Vice President
Executive Treasurer
Executive Secretary
Off-Road Delegate
On-Road Delegate
Big Rigs Delegate

Off-road sub committee will also be put together on the same evening. To be eligible for this committee you must be a paid member of at least the last 4 months.
