2026 Challenge Cup - Round 3 RRC

Payments:
Please ensure entry fees are paid by Thursday to avoid incurring the $30 late fee on race day.

Schedule:
Included in this post is the schedule, based on the current entries.
It is a tight day, thus we need all racers to arrive AT 06:30 AM. This allows for the track set-up, pits set-up, and driver's briefing.

Note brief breaks are provided at the end of rounds to give racers some time to work on their cars, in lieu of track maintenance breaks that you would have otherwise seen at Collie and/or MORBC.
Anticipated finish time - 04:30pm, including pack-up.
As with all rounds, no practice is permitted once the track is ready. We will be proceeding straight to the driver's briefing and qualifier #1.

As with all rounds this year, there will be 3 x 7 min qualifiers, with the best 2 of 3 counting. ABC finals will occur for GP Buggy, and A-main for GP Truggy, and traditional 3x7min mains for EP8 Buggy.
With the ABC finals, 4 cars will bump to the back of the next final. 12 cars total within each final.

Gridlistings:
These will be posted Thursday night / Friday day, once the final numbers and payments have come in to the RRC and CC committees.

Marshalling:
Marshalling duties are included on the schedule. It is your responsibility to ensure you complete all your marshalling duties, or arrange a replacement.

As with all rounds, if you do not marshall one of your qualifiers, your best result WILL BE DELETED FROM THE ROUND.

If you do not marhsall your respective main, YOUR ENTIRE ROUND RESULT WILL BE DELETED from the series.

For those who have not raced at RRC before, the track is set-up at the park fronting the Canning Vale Markets. Access is from a crossover to Bannister Road. Refer to the following google maps link which should connect you to the access point:

Food and Amenities:
No food, drinks or toilets will be available. Toilets are available at the shell service station across the road at the Canning Vale Markets. It is suggested to BYO your own food, or travel across to the variety of food options at the Canning Vale markets during the lunch post qualifying break which happens to land at lunch.
